Pricing & Engagement
NAVASOFT Platforms Private Limited builds and operates software around a customer’s scope, delivery model and operating context. We therefore provide written, engagement-specific pricing rather than a single retail price list.
How pricing is determined
A quotation or proposal may account for discovery and design, software development, implementation and configuration, deployment, SaaS or licence access, support and maintenance, professional services, expected usage and any customer-specific requirements.
What the customer receives
Before payment is due, the applicable quotation, proposal, statement of work, order or customer agreement identifies the purchased scope and the commercial items that apply. Depending on the engagement, these may include:
- one-time development, setup or implementation charges;
- milestone or advance payment amounts;
- recurring subscription, support or maintenance charges;
- usage-based or third-party costs;
- applicable taxes, currency and payment schedule; and
- delivery assumptions, exclusions and change-control terms.
No payment without an identified basis
An online payment option, when offered, is used to pay an identified NAVASOFT invoice, order, subscription or accepted engagement. The payment channel does not create an unspecified purchase, change the quoted scope or replace the governing commercial document.
